If you want more joy in your life , if want to be more inspired and motivated then traveling is the best option to inspire yourself, to find a new purpose in your life. By saying traveling I mean going out to somewhere you have never gone before. This will show you the opportunities of your life which you have never imagined before. In many ways traveling is a really wonderful thing to do. By traveling you will experience different type of cultures, different type of people to meet, different type of local food to eat. Traveling will make you able to explore the many sides of your life and the world. Traveling can make you inspire in many ways if you didn't find any inspiration yet. So today let’s discuss about some benefits of traveling which can make your life better. First is when you will travel you will be exposed to more new people who are different, who are living in a different lifestyle than your homeland. This will able to make you see the world in a different way. This will give you a new purpose of your life. So whenever you feel stuck with your own life purpose, your career then go traveling! Because you might end up with a new purpose and directions of your life! Second is while traveling you will live in different places like where electricity and all the other luxuries you get in your homeland will not be available then you will start appreciating for what you have in your homeland. This will make you learn to appreciate those things which you have already but the people around you don’t have. Third is while traveling you will realize how much little you know about this world and people around you. You will find the thing which you have heard about the world and people is becoming wrong as you will find new people or I can say strangers who can be so friendly and caring. This people will change your definition about the world which you have learned while you are living in your own homeland. Fourth is you will realize how much easy it is to make friends. I mean you will find that people will be more real when they will be out of their known environment where they used to live. People will show up without the feeling of getting judged. That’s why you can be best friend with that people whom you know for some few hours! Traveling is a very inspiring thing to do because traveling means reading a giant book about the world which will change your views, which will inspire you to live in your way. So get on your feet, open a map and go out for a journey because traveling is a book which can make you inspire in many ways!

Some friends are important!

We meet so many types of people in your life and some of them stay in our life and other people just go away as we develop more and change with time. So there are some people who stay in your life who make us laughing, who accepts you as the way you are. There are some people who make us feel alive, who makes your day with a smile on their face. Sometimes success is not just achieved by your hard work, sometimes it is because of those people who supports you! Because people around you make a great role to achieve success.so today let’s just discuss how to be a good friend because friend are important for your life! So first is listening well to people because listening does make a good effect in a relationship. If you listen and remember the words which are said then it means that you do care for your friend and think about them often. So when your friend is saying something to you then listens attentively and asks him if he is feeling better or not. Even if your friend is saying a funny thing or a joke then listens to it carefully so you can use it in future while your friend is suffering through the difficult times. Let your friends know that how you are paying attention. Second is being honest with yourself and to your friends around you. Honesty is very essential for any relationship. Express your views politely regarding their any decision. Third is making time for each other. I mean when we were in high school it was so easy to spend time with your high school friends because problems  like distance was just a number because you used to see them every day! Adult friendship is little complicated than that. But does not matter how much busy schedule you have, make time for your loved ones and friends. It can be anything like video chat, lunch meeting or a phone call but remember that rather than texting someone it is good to meet your friends face to face so you can have memorable, meaningful conversation. Fourth is accepting someone without any condition. When we make a relation with somebody we think what he or she can do for me, we started to expect from your friend as conditions which we should not do. So that is why I say don’t think what your friends can do for you ,think that what you can do for them because friendship is not about just taking, its about giving something to your friend. Always remember that friendship is not a business, it is something which is made of trust which can help you out and motivate you. So be nice to people because it can positively motivate you!

Don't try to change the people around you, just learn to accept them!

Learn to accept!

We are surrounded by people like your loved ones, friends, neighbour and colleagues, each and every one of them have their problems of their own to deal with. There is a thing in their behaviour and the way of thinking which we want to change. Because sometimes they do some stuff which annoy us, we also do not agree with their views on a particular matter, we don’t like some of their activity and you know what? This is the kind of stuff which we do that stops us to enjoy the company of them, to appreciate them for being real, to accepting them and to behave good to them. That is the thing which ruins our relationship between persons because it makes them feel sad! So what is the result of this? We end up trying hard to change them. Is that really important? I mean why we have to change somebody who is already doing well in his own ways? Just because we don’t like their ways? Is that it? Don’t you think it’s selfish? Well actually it is! We don’t have to change someone to meet our expectations. Changing someone is an awful thing to do and it's unhealthy for a relationship. We expect how they should behave with you or in a particular situation and when our expectation is not met by those people, we force them to change and that is something which drives other people to be someone else, to be rude, and to be different people than that people whom we love. Let’s discuss to change this habit so we can have a nice relationship with people around us. First is stop expecting from people because remember that expectations is the mother of all frustration! Learn to accept for what they are and learn to accept for who you are. There is nothing wrong to change yourself if you want but it is wrong when you try to change others when your expectation from them is not met. Second is those people who are around you is just an individual like you! So learn to respect their individuality because they are also unique human beings who have their own thoughts and views of their life which is different from you, that doesn’t mean that they or you are wrong because it is not about right and wrong, it is something which is different. So concentrate on people’s good side and stop comparing them. Because if you don’t accept the people around you then you will be unhappy with a bad relationship. That is why stop judging and comparing and start accepting the people around you for who they are!

Increase your memory and be productive!

Don't take much stress!

Well at some point of our life we all face memory problems like when we enter in a room, we suddenly question yourself why we are here and what to do? Yeah this kind of problems happens with me also. You guys are not alone. It is possible that your memory is not that brilliant but don’t worry because there are many things which can be done to increase your capacity of remembering! But in that case a point should be noted that it is little bit hard to notice a result on your increasing memory but the points which I’m going to discuss is helpful for making you energetic and a stress-free person! First is doing meditation! Some researchers already completed a survey on fifty people who meditate daily and on other fifty people who did not meditate. Eight weeks later the researchers found that people who did meditate their productivity is increased than those people who didn’t meditate. Meditate does help you increasing your focus, memories and decreasing stress levels. Second is listening to music often because music can benefit you in many ways. Listening to music is not just entertaining but it does make a good effect on your blood pressure, memory, immunity and your heart. Even a researcher showed that listening to music can reduce you depression by 25%. So keep listening to your music which gives you the enjoyment! Third is chewing a gum while doing a work. It can help you to keep focusing on a work for long time. It happens because when you chew a gum it increases the oxygen flow to the brain which helps you to make your concentration level high! So next time when you find that you are struggling while doing a work, why not give it a shot? Fourth is going for a run because it improves your muscle endurance, stamina and your state of mind. It’s also helpful to improve your memory and the development of new brain cells. But remember running is not that only thing which helps you, exercising in general can also help you to have a good memory. Fifth is focusing on a single work at a time. This means it will help you to give your full concentration to that particular one work which you are doing. You will think only about that work which you are doing, not anything else. This means you don’t have to remember many things at a time, so your mind will be focus on one thing! It is good to focus on one work at a time because multitasking can decrease your productivity as a whole!

Identify the energy suckers of your mind and protect yourself from them!

So kindly avoid them!

There are many energy suckers out there which drain the energy out of your body to do something. So let’s find out those energy suckers which drains your body’s energy every day! The very first point could be your lack of sleep at night. It is scientifically proven that you need at least 7 or 8 hours to sleep so you can restore your energy for tomorrow! You have to find out how many hours you have to sleep so you can do the work for tomorrow. Make a good habit of going to bed at right time because your brain will determine automatically how much rest you need for the work you have done today and the work which you are going to do tomorrow. So make a good routine to sleep well because if you sleep well then you will start fresh! Second is exercising, if you choose not to exercise then you will feel very lazy while waking up at the morning. So at least exercise for 15 to 20 minutes three times a week, this will help you to beat the inactiveness you feel every day before waking up from the bed. Fourth is leave eating junk food because, all you get by consuming junk food is carbs and sugars. So avoid eating junk foods because it will make your energy disappear. Instead of eating junk foods concentrate on eating healthy foods which will restore your energy! Fifth is hydrating yourself well by drinking water more because it is really important for our health. When you don’t drink water to hydrate yourself well, then your blood will move slowly in your body and because of that you will not get enough oxygen in your body to produce energy. So drink at least for 3 litres per day because it will help you to maintain the energy level. Sixth is don’t skipping your breakfast because if you do skip your breakfast by having just a cup of coffee or nothing then it will not give you the enough energy need for the day. Seventh is identifying your worries and problems which are bothering you, which is sucking your mental energy to do a work. Write down your reasons for worrying too much, which is bothering you. Let it all out on the piece of paper then start working on it. This will help you to beat your worries and problems if you find a solution. Remember that there is a solution to every problem, all you have to do to find a solution is you have to work on it! So make an end to your problems, be energetic and stay happy!

Make a decision and act on it to make a better living!

Don't just predict but create!
In our life everyone around us have their own dreams to accomplish. We all want to send a message to the world, to your family and your friends by achieving your dreams. But sometimes our plans to achieve your dreams don’t work out always because we have enemies which stops us like fear, anxiety, procrastination  and you end up with nothing. Then you started to fill up your life with regrets like “wish I have done this instead of that”. But think if you end up with nothing is that what you are going to do like filling your life with regrets? While you breath and live the rest of your life? Is it ok to spend the whole time or I can say the rest of your life with regrets?  Then let me tell you something, if you end up with nothing then think that this fight of your life is not over yet. If you are still breathing right now then there is time to fight so you can achieve your goals. It is never too late actually. I mean it is actually better to make a fight for your dreams rather than sit in your chair and drowning yourself to the sea of regrets. So stand up from your chair and make a decision to change, a decision to be extraordinary, a decision do better! Most of our dream and hopes are lost to due to that thinking that one day you will find that day when you will able to do what you want. But I say that day will never come, not until you make a decision do it from now! It does not matter what you want to be but if you want to do it then start it from today.  Because if you feel like this day is not right then remember that other days will be also never be alright to start, the time will be never be right to make a move, so start making your move now because you don’t have to wait always for the right time because that right day and right time will not come. And always remember that life is not about fighting when the time is right, it is about fighting through the odd time of your life. So it is in your hands right now, don’t just wait for the right time, challenge yourself, make a decision for better and act on it!

Beat your anxiety, think positive and stay happy!

Keep your head high and shine!

Let’s think that you are a student who is going for an exam today or maybe a grown-up guy who has an interview for a job. Before you go for an interview or an exam, all of a sudden you began to sweat, your throat began to dry up and then you started to think too much like what will happen if don’t pass the exam or what will happen if I don’t get the job? This type of anxiety can occur at any time and at any age, does not matter if you are a student or businessman, anxiety can happen to anyone! So today let’s discuss how to beat it, because anxiety is something which makes you stop from giving the best out of you! First is sit down properly and take a really long deep breath. Do it for one or two minutes. While you are doing it don’t concentrate on anything like exams or interview or a hard challenge of your life, only concentrate on breathing. This will bring you the attention you need for the present so you can prepare for your next challenge rather than focusing on random negative thoughts. Second is increasing your knowledge level because this will help you to increase your confident. Third is writing your own thoughts so you can have a clear blueprint of your positive and negative thoughts. This will help you to clarify whether your negative thought is wrong or not. Fourth is finding a little time to do a workout. You can either lift some heavy weights or you can take a run or walk in fresh air for 20 minutes. This will help you to decrease your anxiety. Our mind is connected with our body, if you stay fit then you will be happy and anxiety free person! Fifth is focusing on something different which will not cause anxiety. Focus on that thing which you enjoy while doing it. This will help you to avoid your negative thoughts which you get while facing the difficult challenges of your life. I am not saying to run away from your challenges but if you feel that you are constantly thinking about how you are going to face your challenge which creates anxiety then focus on some other activity which you enjoy while doing it! But remember that you have to be prepared for you challenges because in your life you will face many challenges which will get tougher! So start preparing while you have the time because after preparing yourself successfully, you can concentrate on any activity which you enjoy rather than keep thinking about your challenge and getting afraid. So plan well, prepare yourself and win!
